Unsolicited Testimonials

One of the support systems that we have in place is a moderated group chat room.  In this real time chat room, we post training announcements, members ask questions and receiving coaching from other members.  From time to time someone posts what they are thinking or feeling.  These are completely unsolicited, but we did ask permission to publish!
